People come here to escape it all, to get away from an increasingly digital and frantic world and switch off, literally. We are a glampsite, campsite, event venue and a retreat centre.

Things To Do
Reforge is half a mile from the Ruby Way Cycle path and 20 minutes from both Dartmoor and the North Cornish and North Devon Coastlines. It is set in the beautiful rural North Devon Countryside and as well as all of the local attractions on the doorstep, there is also plenty to do at the Retreat.
We have lots of retro boardgames and an onsite gallery with arts and crafts that we make on site, as well as the unique Reforge Inn public house, serving local Gins, Beers and Ales.
There is a pub 10 minutes walk called the Black River Inn or the Half Moon in Sheepwash which is a 45 minute walk for the more adventurous! Reforge is in reach of the Eden Project and Tintagel and many other attractions. We are close to local fishing spots such as the renowned Angler's Paradise amongst others. Reforge is a ten minute drive to local supermarkets in nearby Hatherleigh and Holsworthy.
The pretty market towns of Hatherleigh and Holsworthy are under 15 minutes’ drive away.
Bude is 17 miles has superb sandy beaches with excellent surfing and breath-taking coastal walks.
Dartmoor National Park is a must for nature lovers.
The Tarka Trail is a must for both walkers and cyclists.
Black Torrington is just a short walk away and the village inn is the perfect resting point for some refreshments to finish off the day before you stroll home.
Golf and horse riding are available nearby.
